Creating the life you want. Any of us can do it, we’re just missing the signs.
We are all beautiful souls with beating hearts and the ability to think powerful thoughts. Our thoughts will create the outcome of our lives. It is incredibly important to be aware of every thought entering your mind. Realizing which thoughts are negative and do not serve your goals and even just our mood. Also acknowledge which thoughts make us feel good and lift us up higher to become our highest self.
In order to have the life you want, you need a clear vision of what that life actually looks like. If you want to create of life without financial worries, you need a number in you head that will allow you to do so. If you want to find the man of your dreams, you have to know exactly what type of person that man is. You cannot manifest something without a vision. The thought comes first and then the action.
Action is my favorite step. Maybe because it seems like the most challenging but most of the time it’s just showing up. You can’t have that beach body if you’re skipping your workouts. It’s holding yourself accountable to make these things happen for you. Yes, I’m making it sound so easy to go to that CrossFit class or to show up to that workshop with a room full of strangers. It’s not easy. It’s uncomfortable, especially if you’ve never done it before. Growth means fighting through those uncomfortable feelings for beautiful outcomes. The action part does get easier but it might take some time.
During action is when we come back to the thought process. After we have the firm goal set in our minds, we then jump into the action. Our brain immediately starts making excuses; “I’ll start running tomorrow”, “this will be my last cigarette”, “I need this 45th pair of heels that will cause my feet to bleed”. The hardest part is training your brain to become aware and be aware that those thoughts are not going to make your dreams happen. Start by replacing negative thoughts with reasons why you should or why it’s a good idea. Start small, if you want to lose 50 pounds, be aware of where you are and what slight improvements you can make for success right now. An example of this would be maybe replacing your bagel in the morning with hard boiled eggs. That is action. Action is taking your knowledge and turning it into wisdom.
Once you start reaping the benefits of your actions, it’s crucial to be grateful. Having gratitude will allow you to live a life of abundance. If you want more of anything, you first have to appreciate what you have already. If you are at a place in your life where you don’t see much to be grateful for, start by being grateful for being alive and realize your soul chose this life for a reason.
Most importantly, enjoy it. Don’t forget how hard you worked for those goals. You turned that thought into a plan and you took action. That action then created an outcome you wanted. Something that was never intended for me has stuck with me through all my goal creating. At a young age I overheard my uncle tell my brother he could have and do anything he wanted, it was just a matter of how hard he was going to work for it. Before this point in my life no one had ever made me feel as if anything was possible. I lived a life of the limited thoughts of the adults around me. This is the moment I realized, you create the possibilities.
